Teaching, depending upon the role, doesn’t always equal a full time job. In these instances, an opportunity presents itself, for teachers to supplement their employment with an added source of income. There are various ways in which teachers can go about doing this, one being evening classes. Just like any other class, an evening class requires face to face education, which some teachers may find more palatable than teaching via internet correspondence. If a teacher wants to fulfil a similar role in their second job as in their normal job, then teaching evening classes fits that role, with one exception. This is that the majority of the students who enter an evening class program will be adults. In some ways, this presents a unique experience for teachers, who are more used to having to deal with children and adolescents. Working and tutoring people who amount to your peers can require a different attitude than what teachers commonly assume when teaching children, but the experience still has the potential to be spiritually rewarding.
